As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be instrumental in achieving our sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, support Regional Sales Managers, and contribute to a vibrant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Regional Sales Managers to drive project progress and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
• Master the intricacies of our products/services and present them convincingly to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to tailor our offerings to meet customer needs effectively.
• Analyze customer requests, prepare documentation, and generate accurate quotes promptly.
• Keep meticulous records in our CRM, monitor ongoing sales, and provide regular progress reports.
• Stay ahead of market trends, new products, and industry best practices to keep us competitive.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into satisfied customers.

Requirements:

• Degree and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in a similar position.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to tailor solutions to their needs.
• Results-driven, consistently exceeding sales targets.
