Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers to drive project progress and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Master the intricacies of our products/services and present them convincingly to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to tailor our offerings to meet customer needs effectively.
- Analyze customer requests, prepare documentation, and generate accurate quotes promptly.
- Keep meticulous records in our CRM, monitor ongoing sales, and provide regular progress reports.
- Stay ahead of market trends, new products, and industry best practices to keep us competitive.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into satisfied customers.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- Degree and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in a similar position.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to tailor solutions to their needs.
- Results-driven, consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
