Job description

In this position, you will support the team in the design and realization of new equipment and improvements. He/she works as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team in which he/she participates in the development of equipment.;

EXAMPLES OF TASKS TO BE CARRIED OUT:

  • Develop and prepare plans, drawings and technical specifications;
  • Propose and participate in the development of innovative solutions;
  • Generate information required for component procurement,
  • Meet deadlines and customer requirements;
  • Contribute to the analysis of situations encountered by STAS customers in order to find effective solutions;
  • Respect and follow STAS methods, standards, laws, regulations and applicable design criteria;
  • Participate in the selection of mechanical components for equipment;
  • Produce and maintain up-to-date lists of spare components;
  • Participate in the resolution of technical problems;
  • Prepare and present reports to communicate engineering project progress internally;
  • Collaborate and provide technical support to various departments;

Job requirements

TRAINING & SKILLS:

  • DEC in mechanical engineering;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position;
  • Solidworks 3D software;
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Suite;
