Job description

The incumbent will be responsible for carrying out programming or pre-delivery verification activities for STAS equipment. They will also have to carry out the planned after-sales service interventions, the start-up activities of the equipment as well as the preparation of the training activities of the equipment users.

EXAMPLES OF TASKS TO BE CARRIED OUT:

  • Design, test and carry out programming and pre-delivery verification activities of equipment;
  • Carry out equipment commissioning activities at the customer's site;
  • Write audit, anomaly and follow-up reports;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and create a bond of trust with them;
  • Provide training to the customer on the equipment as needed;
  • Ensure that you have the skills and knowledge necessary to safely perform a task;
  • Carry out risk analyses in the event of a new situation;
  • Comply with STAS and customer health and safety standards, requirements and procedures;

Job requirements

TRAINING & SKILLS:

  • College diploma in industrial electronics technology or any other equivalent training;
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Available to travel outside the country;
  • Have a good knowledge of automated systems;
  • Be versatile;
