Job description
Lead all Sales & Marketing activities at STAS on an international scale, ensuring revenue growth related to the sale of industrial equipment and the development of an integrated offering in parts, services, and consumables. This role combines strategic leadership of commercial and marketing functions, as well as the supervision of strategic accounts. The incumbent acts as a catalyst for internal synergies, customer proximity, and overall commercial performance.

· Solid experience in complex sales with a consultative field approach
· Ability to engage with engineers, understand technical issues
· Strong execution skills, commercial rigor, and cross-functional coordination
· Integrated and current vision of sales, marketing, and product development
· Mastery of strategic pricing dynamics and high-stakes negotiation
· Knowledge and rigorous use of a CRM as a sales management tool

Experience and Qualifications
· 10+ years in industrial B2B sales, including complex long-cycle sales
· Concrete experience in managing strategic accounts and international projects
· Experience in leading or supervising B2B commercial marketing
· Knowledge of the aluminum industrial sector
· Solid experience in international markets (India, Middle East, USA, Europe)
· Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field (MBA: an asset)
· English, functional French, (third language an asset)
· Availability to regularly come to Saguenay and travel internationally
